Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting an Electrical Contracts Manager to lead a team delivering electrical maintenance contracts across West Yorkshire. Based from our Wetherby office, you will travel to site, manage small-to-mid projects, and ensure seamless client handovers.

You will liaise with clients, quote for small works, and uphold high service standards. A strong electrical background and UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

Strong commercial electrical installation and/or maintenance background with NVQ Level 3.
Experience managing electricians on-site and remotely; SMSTS preferred.
Excellent client liaison and service delivery.
Valid UK driving licence; live within commutable distance to Wetherby.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of electricians and office staff delivering electrical maintenance contracts, small works and remedial works.
Travel regularly to customer sites across West Yorkshire from the head office in Wetherby.
Manage small projects with labour/materials, create work schedules and handovers.
Be the main point of contact for electrical queries from clients and staff.
Report directly into the M&E Operations Manager.
