Elitehire Solutions in Walsall is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple electrical projects from start to finish. Based in the Midlands, you will oversee site teams, subcontractors and client relationships on commercial schemes.

With a strong background in electrical contracting and M&E, you will manage programmes, budgets and value engineering, ensuring safety, quality and on-time completion while maintaining repeat business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager.
• Strong electrical contracting / M&E background.
• Experience delivering commercial electrical projects.
• Experience across new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from start through to final handover.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
• Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Managing Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
• Procurement of labour, materials and subcontract packages.
• Attending client, progress and site meetings.
• Liaising with clients, main contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Monitoring quality and ensuring installations meet drawings and specifications.
• Managing variations and assisting with project valuations.
• Identifying and resolving potential programme or commercial issues.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and helping secure repeat business.

Elitehire Solutions are working with a well-established, medium-sized and growing M&E contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team based in Walsall.

The Role

As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple electrical projects, managing schemes from initial handover through to completion.
