Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager in Tonbridge, Kent. You will oversee a growing team of 4-5 engineers and take responsibility for planning, scheduling and delivery of electrical works.

The role offers a clear route into senior leadership with commercial responsibility for pricing remedials and additional works to hit turnover and gross profit targets, plus a company vehicle and bonus scheme.

Qualificações

• Background in electrical contracting or electrical compliance preferred.
• Experience managing or supervising engineers/contract delivery.
• Willingness to lead a small team and own the contract portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Operational ownership of electrical work orders across multiple contracts.
• Manage and develop a team of 4-5 engineers including planning & scheduling.
• Commercial responsibility: pricing remedials/installs and margin control.
