What You Will Do

• Ensure site teams comply with H&S regulations and client safety policies.
• Develop and conduct comprehensive testing schedules, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead a team of site engineers to deliver work schedules on time to customer deadlines.
• Manage the commercial performance of contracts, ensuring budgetary control over all costs.
• Conduct site surveys at client sites and tender for small to medium electrical work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Relevant NVQ or Degree level Electrical Qualification.
• Proven experience in electrical project management, with a focus on contracts management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A valid Driving Licence.
