What You Will Do:
  1. Ensure site teams comply with H&S regulations and client safety policies.
  2. Develop and conduct comprehensive testing schedules, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  3. Lead a team of site engineers to deliver work schedules on time to customer deadlines.
  4. Manage the commercial performance of contracts, ensuring budgetary control over all costs.
  5. Conduct site surveys at client sites and tender for small to medium electrical work.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You Will Bring:
  1. Relevant NVQ or Degree level Electrical Qualification.
  2. Proven experience in electrical project management, with a focus on contracts management.
  3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. A valid Driving Licence.
