Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee electrical projects within our client’s organization. The role involves managing contractual requirements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and coordinating with various divisions such as Major Projects, Facilities Management, and Specialist Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical contracts ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement and project planning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification.
• At least 3 years post-qualification experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in construction or M&E with MTC experience.
• Strong contract management, procurement, and client communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Full driving license and proficiency in MS Office.
