The Electrical Contracts Manager will oversee a varied portfolio of planned and reactive electrical works across commercial and public-sector estates.
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you'll manage projects valued between £5,000 and £100,000 from initial survey through to completion.

GW Power is an established M&E, renewable technologies, maintenance and decarbonisation provider delivering projects across commercial and public-sector estates. Its portfolio spans electrical and mechanical installations, service and maintenance, testing and compliance, and low-carbon technologies.
Working within the Service & Maintenance Division—formerly minor works—you'll coordinate engineers and subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships and ensure every job is delivered safely, efficiently and commercially.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive electrical professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, supporting a team and responding quickly to customers' changing needs. You may already be an experienced Contracts or Project Manager, or you may be looking to progress from a hands-on electrical role into contract management.
