Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd. seeks an Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee contracts from planning to completion, ensuring safe, timely and budget-compliant delivery.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and site teams, supervise RAMS and contract administration, and support estimating activities. SMSTS and an electrical qualification are preferred, with strong Excel/CAD skills.

Qualifications

• Electrical contracts experience with site-based works.
• SMSTS qualification and RAMS knowledge.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical contracts from start to finish, delivering on time and within budget.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, subcontractors and site teams to coordinate works.
• Organise and schedule site works, manage resources and order materials as required.
• Oversee contract administration, including quotations, revisions, variations, final accounts and queries.
• Attend contract and site meetings, providing progress updates to stakeholders.
• Manage health and safety requirements, including RAMS preparation and issue.
