Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager in Radstock to oversee contracts from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This role combines commercial oversight with on-site coordination and client liaison.

You will manage RAMS, liaise with main contractors and site teams, prepare quotations, and contribute to estimating activities while maintaining project documentation and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing electrical contracts from start to finish.
• Strong health and safety knowledge including RAMS management.
• Excellent client and contractor liaison and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical contracts from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Organise site works, manage resources and order materials as required.
• Oversee contract administration including quotations, revisions and final accounts.
• Attend contract and site meetings, providing progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure RAMS preparation and health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate manuals, drawings and project documentation.
• Support site teams with technical queries and estimating activities.
