Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to join our London/Berkshire team. You will lead the safe delivery of large-scale MEP construction projects from installation through to completion, and provide visible health and safety leadership on site.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Project Director, you will build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, drive programme performance, ensure quality and adherence to standards, and coach site teams toward

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree, building services or electrical engineering background.
• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Manager Card.
• IOSH Managing Safely (minimum).
• First Aid at Work.
• Relevant electrical technical qualifications.
• Proven experience delivering major MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe delivery of large-scale MEP construction projects from installation through to completion.
• Provide visible and proactive health & safety leadership on site.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, principal contractors and supply chain partners.
• Ensure quality, inspection, testing and verification activities are effectively managed.
• Provide technical leadership across electrical building services installations.
• Drive programme performance and coordinate construction methodologies and logistics strategies.
• Work closely with commercial teams to manage risks, control costs and maximise project outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop site management teams, supervisors and supply chain partners.
• Champion Dalkia values, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across projects.
