Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of major MEP projects across London and Berkshire. You will drive safety, quality and performance, coordinating site teams, clients and supply chain to achieve project outcomes.

You will bring strong electrical knowledge, people leadership and a proven track record in large-scale construction, with a commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale MEP construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality and programme performance on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe delivery of large-scale MEP construction projects from installation through to completion.
• Provide visible and proactive health & safety leadership on site.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, principal contractors and supply chain partners.
• Ensure quality, inspection, testing and verification activities are effectively managed.
• Provide technical leadership across electrical building services installations.
• Drive programme performance and coordinate construction methodologies and logistics strategies.
• Work closely with commercial teams to manage risks, control costs and maximise project outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop site management teams, supervisors and supply chain partners.
• Champion Dalkia values, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across projects.
