Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead and deliver electrical construction packages on major E&I projects. You will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure high-quality, on-time project execution.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, proven leadership of site teams, and a robust approach to health, safety, and quality compliance across complex industrial settings.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience managing electrical installation packages on industrial, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing or large-scale construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and manage subcontractor performance effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction health, safety and quality requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical construction works on major E&I projects.
• Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Drive a positive health, safety and quality culture across all site activities.
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and implement recovery plans where required.
• Ensure all electrical installations are delivered in accordance with project specifications, industry standards and statutory regulations.
