Electrical Construction Manager

Permanent Position

A well-established, medium-sized MEP contractor-currently undergoing significant growth under new leadership-is expanding into sectors such as healthcare and commercial. As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to help complete a Healthcare project in Surrey worth £11mil M&E. The role will see you involved from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical installation from project start to handover
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Work closely with the design and site teams to ensure delivery aligns with specifications
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate procurement schedules
• Ensure all electrical systems meet safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement changes

About You:

• Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Construction Manager within M&E contracting
• Previous involvement in hospital, life science, or large commercial projects is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Confident in managing programmes, budgets, and risk across the full project lifecycle
