Our client is a leading, award-winning Invoice Finance brokerage specialising in tailored financial solutions for businesses across the UK. Since their establishment, they have supported thousands of companies—from budding start-ups to global enterprises—ensuring they secure the right facilities for growth and stability. We have an exciting opportunity to join them as their Brokerage Manager to lead, manage and expand their sales team. We are looking for someone with extensive Invoice Finance expertise who is looking to move into a strategic sales leadership role.

This is a remote role but the successful individual will be expected to be in London at least once a month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies for invoice finance and commercial funding solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of brokers, ensuring best practices in client engagement and deal structuring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders.
• Oversee brokerage operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and optimise client experience.
