Arup is recruiting Electrical or Building Services Engineering Summer Students for a 6-week internship across the UK. You will support the team to deliver professional service to clients, assist in preparing designs, and learn how design engineers operate within a multi-disciplinary environment with Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Project Managers.

Applicants should be studying MEng or BEng in Electrical/Architectural/Building Services Engineering, aiming for 2.1 or higher, and show

Qualifications

Studying towards an MEng or BEng in Electrical, Architectural or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
On track to achieve a 2.1 or above (or equivalent), as proven through the modules completed to date.
Demonstrate strong motivation and passion for a career in building design.

Responsabilités

Support the Buildings team during the 6-week internship on strategically won projects.
Assist in preparing designs in coordination with the team and gain understanding of the design engineer role.
Work within project teams alongside Architects, Building Services and Structural Engineers, Surveyors and PMs.
Contribute to delivering effective, professional services to clients.
