Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Liverpool is seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join our growing building services team. You will deliver electrical design solutions from concept to completion, integrate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to sustainable, cost-effective outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, at least 3 years' experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Amtech and Revit MEP.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical building services design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Amtech and Revit MEP.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and British Standards.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed electrical designs and calculations for building services projects.
• Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
• Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and reports.
• Participating in client and project team meetings to discuss progress.
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
