Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer for a large commercial building in Birmingham. The role covers both planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on AHUs, FCUs, BMS and chillers.

The engineer will perform general electrical maintenance, fault finding and basic plumbing tasks, supporting the wider team while ensuring safety and high workmanship standards on site.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Electrical Certification.
• Strong building services maintenance experience.
• Experience with AHUs, FCUs, BMS and chillers.
• Basic plumbing maintenance experience.
• Electrical apprenticeship desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Work on AHUs, FCUs, BMS and chillers.
• Complete general electrical maintenance and fault finding.
• Carry out basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Support the wider engineering team with day-to-day building services issues.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
