Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd's client is seeking an HVAC Engineer to maintain regulated commercial buildings across the North of England and Scotland. The role is primarily based in Darlington with travel between sites using a shared company vehicle.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, fault-find, and support the wider engineering team to keep critical building services running in hospitals, laboratories or other regulated facilities.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Certification required.
• City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) certification required.
• Commercial HVAC maintenance experience essential.
• Strong fault-finding abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems.
• Fault finding and diagnosis to resolve issues.
• Support the wider engineering team to maintain critical building services.
