Build Recruitment is seeking an Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer for a central Manchester office complex. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance, ensuring service continuity across a 15-storey corporate space.

Ideal candidates have an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations and City & Guilds 18th Edition, with transferable experience in commercial/FM maintenance. The role offers full-time permanence and overtime opportunities in Manchester.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
• Experience in commercial/FM/maintenance engineering and PMM/reactive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across a central Manchester office site.
• Assist other trades including basic plumbing where needed.
• Operate in a 15-storey office building in Central Manchester.

Build Recruitment are looking for experienced Electrical bias Engineers/ Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM Contractor working within a Corporate 15 storey office space in Central Manchester.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in commercial / FM / Maintenance Engineering / BMS to be able put forward, the role will consist of completing PPM's & reactive duties across the office, including assisting other trades as and where possible, such as basic plumbing.
