Job summary

Kier Group in Ipswich is seeking a Building Services Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team. Based in Ipswich, you will provide technical expertise across multiple sites and help deliver contractual requirements.You will perform maintenance, liaise with the Contracts Manager, build client relationships, monitor helpdesk, attend meetings and produce reports. A full driving licence and recognised electrical qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with electrical work.
• Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults and repairs.
• Liaising with the Contracts Manager to meet contract conditions.
• Developing client relationships through clear communication.
• Monitoring helpdesk jobs and completing QA inspections.
• Attending meetings with senior management and clients, producing required reports.
