Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to build systems and sub-assemblies for complex machinery across our manufacturing operations in the UK. You will ensure BOM accuracy and adherence to customer specifications, while resolving build issues and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires hands-on wiring experience, panel building, and the ability to read schematics. You will mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives within rotating

Qualifications

• Experience building electrical systems for complex machinery.
• Strong wiring and panel building background.
• Able to read electrical schematics.
• Hands-on with control panels, MCBs, relays, and PLCs.
• Excellent fault-finding and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build systems, sub-assemblies and parts to quality and ISO standards.
• Ensure BOM and customer specs are met.
• Identify and resolve build issues efficiently.
• Report technical issues via FRACAS.
• Maintain technical competence through training.
• Provide build sequence guidance and team support.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Promote build cleanliness, 5S, and health & safety.
