Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced electrical assembler to build systems and sub-assemblies for complex machinery at our UK sites. You will ensure parts meet BOM and customer specs, and you will resolve build issues using FRACAS reporting.

The role supports ongoing training to maintain high build quality and safety standards. Shifts follow a rotating schedule as directed by the Team Leader; private healthcare and pension options are available as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience building electrical systems for complex machinery.
• Strong background in electrical wiring and panel building.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Hands-on with control panels, MCBs/relays, inverter drives and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Build systems, sub-assemblies and parts to quality and ISO standards.
• Ensure BOM and customer specifications are met.
• Identify and resolve build issues efficiently.
• Report technical issues via FRACAS process.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Promote 5S, cleanliness, health & safety.
