Job summary

Orion Electrotech is seeking an Assembly Operative for PM shifts in Reading. You will assemble electrical components and sub-assemblies, ensuring quality and production standards are met, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday, 2:30PM-11PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Following assembly instructions, technical drawings, and work procedures.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Identifying and reporting any faults or defects.
• Packing and preparing completed products for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
