Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an Assembly Operative in Reading. The role involves operating machinery, mechanical assembly and wiring, following defined production processes. Shifts include mornings 6am–2.30pm or afternoons 2.30pm–11:00pm, both with 40 hours per week.

Contract with potential to go permanent; pay £13.00 per hour PAYE. Overtime paid at time and a half beyond 40 hours per week. Prior assembly experience and reliability are essential.

Morning or afternoon shift available

Mornings: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm (40 hours per week)

Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm (40 hours per week)

Job Type: Contract with the potential to become permanent

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (PAYE)

Overtime: Any hours worked over 40 per week are paid at time and a half
