Key Skills:

1. Commercial experience in soldering, crimping, and general wiring skills, as well as detecting workmanship issues in precision harsh environment electronics equipment and processes.
2. Ability to perform calculations for diagnostic operations, compute ratios, rates, percentages, fractions, and ratios, and calculate weights and measures.
3. The ideal candidate will be IPC certified (IPC 620 and J-Std preferred).
4. Appreciation for Lean and 5S improvements. Ability to perform self-assessments independently to develop insights into potential improvements.
