Electrical Assembler
North Somerset

GBP25,000 - GBP29,000

Electrical Assembler required by successful and growing manufacturing company, based in North Somerset. The successful Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies to industry and quality standards.

Main Duties: Electrical Assembler

1. Working from engineering drawings.
2. Preparing and checking kits for assembly.
3. Assembling and wiring electrical assemblies.
4. Cable and loom assembly.
5. Wiring, Soldering, Crimping, Stripping wires.
6. Use of hand tools and power tools.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

1. The ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
2. Experience of electrical assembling and wiring.
3. Previous experience of mechanical assembly and use of hand tools.
4. Electrical component knowledge.
5. The ability to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision.
