About Us: KAP Technical is working with a leading company specializing in the manufacture and maintenance of high-quality trailers and HGVs. Our team is dedicated to delivering reliable and innovative transport solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team and contribute to building and maintaining safe, efficient vehicles.

Job Role: As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for wiring, installing, and testing electrical systems and components for trailers and HGVs. You’ll work with a close-knit team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working on commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

1. Assemble and install electrical wiring and components in trailers and HGVs according to technical diagrams.
2. Perform diagnostics and tests on electrical systems to ensure functionality.
3. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in existing builds.
4. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and comply with company procedures.
5. Work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and maintain quality.
6. Maintain tools and workspaces in a clean, organized manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in electrical assembly, ideally in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and vehicle systems.
