Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Electrical Appointed Person to support new build apartments for a national M&E contractor. The role requires handling ESSW in line with BFL procedures and issuing work permits, including access limitations, for live systems and testing scenarios.

The position is a 6-month contract with a 40-hour week and immediate starts available. Contractors are paid 270–290 GBP per day (CIS or PAYE) depending on experience, with potential for electrical QA

Electrical Appointed Person

Meridian are looking to recruit an Electrical appointed person in Leeds to work on new build apartments for one of the most well known M&E national contractors.

Candidates will be required to:

• Manage ESSW in line with BFL procedures
• Issue permits which will include limitation of access
• Issue permits to work on a live system
• Sanction for live testing

This role will initially be for a 6 month contract and will be expected to assist with electrical QA also.

• 40 hour working week
• 270- 290 per day CIS or PAYE Equivalent depndent upon experience
• Immediate starts available
