Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd is recruiting an Electrical appointed person to work on new build apartments in Leeds. The role involves managing ESSW to BFL procedures and issuing work permits for live systems, with a focus on safety and compliance.

The position runs for an initial 6 months and will support electrical QA activities. A 40-hour week and immediate start are available, with daily rates of £270-£290 depending on experience.

Electrical Appointed Person

Meridian are looking to recruit an Electrical appointed person in Leeds to work on new build apartments for one of the most well known M&E national contractors.

Candidates will be required to:

• Manage ESSW in line with BFL procedures
• Issue permits which will include limitation of access
• Issue permits to work on a live system
• Sanction for live testing

This role will initially be for a 6 month contract and will be expected to assist with electrical QA also.

40 hour working week

£270-£290 per day CIS or PAYE Equivalent depndant upon experience
