Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd is seeking an Electrical Appointed Person in Leeds to support new build apartments for a leading national M&E contractor. The role requires managing ESSW in line with BFL procedures, issuing permits including limitation of access, and sanctioning live testing. The assignment is initially 6 months with potential to extend.

The position offers a 40-hour working week with a daily rate of £270–£290 (CIS or PAYE) depending on experience, with immediate starts available.

Electrical Appointed Person

Meridian are looking to recruit an Electrical appointed person in Leeds to work on new build apartments for one of the most well known M&E national contractors.

Candidates will be required to:

• Manage ESSW in line with BFL procedures
• Issue permits which will include limitation of access
• Issue permits to work on a live system
• Sanction for live testing

This role will initially be for a 6 month contract and will be expected to assist with electrical QA also.
