Jaguar TCS Racing is seeking a Team Coordinator to manage travel, logistics and factory event coordination for the team in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with management and engineering to arrange flights, hotels, transport, visas and related expenditures, and you will book test facilities and support services for testing activities.

You will publish itineraries promptly for all events and own the Test Team logistics, coordinating with suppliers, Carnet lists and invoices.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of booking flights using a global distribution system is preferable.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of seniority and provide a professional service to any employee who needs travel assistance.
• Ability to work at pace with high levels of volume.
• Team Player.
• Confident with Microsoft Office suite (Excel / OneNote / Word).
• Full UK driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Define, arrange and publish all team travel, logistics and factory event coordination activities and plans.
• Attend events as required (Test / PR / on occasion Race).
• Carry out team administrative duties as required.
• Define and publish all team and driver travel logistics, including flights, hotels, transport, and visas, while tracking expenditure.
• Book test facility and support services for testing activities (catering, dry ice, track tests, FIA visits, etc.).
• Publish itineraries promptly for all team events.
• Manage test team logistics, liaising with transport providers, Carnet lists, invoices, packing lists.
• Attend Test / PR / Race events when required, based at the factory when not on event.
• Support day-to-day admin for trackside operations, including movement schedules and airport collections.
• Assist in garage build-up and pack-down and driver kit organisation.
