Jaguar TCS Racing is seeking a Composite & Team Mechanical Support to assemble and repair composite components for the Jaguar Formula E Team, both on event and at the factory. This role requires hands-on capability, adherence to safety, and collaboration with race and test teams.

The ideal candidate will bring trackside experience in motorsport, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under strict deadlines while maintaining team cohesion.

Qualifications

• Adequate trackside assembly and on-event repair experience in motorsport.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced race/test environment.
• Hands-on ability to assemble and repair composite components.
• Capable of wrapping complex bodywork and garage infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide composite component assembly and repair on event and at the factory.
• Support Race, Test and factory teams to achieve operational goals.
• Contribute to safety and adherence to policies.
