Job summary

High Profile Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an Electric Gate Installation & Service Engineer for roles in Dartford, Kent. The position covers installation, wiring, commissioning, service, and fault-finding across the South East with occasional site stays.

A full UK driving licence, ECS card, and relevant gate/automation experience are required. You will join a hands-on team in a growing perimeter security business, focusing on quality installations and customer service in commercial and private

Responsibilities

• Install automated gates and access control systems from start to finish.

The role

• Install automated gates and access control systems from start to finish - hanging gates, fitting the automation, wiring and commissioning.
• Service and maintain existing systems and find and repair faults on automation equipment.
• Work safely and to compliance standards on every job.
• Be the face of the business on site and give customers a professional, helpful service.
• Work mostly across the South East, with occasional stay-away work on larger installations.
• The client is open to engineers who lean towards installation work and to those who prefer service and diagnostics.

What you'll need

• Proven hands-on experience installing gates, automation systems and access control. This matters most.
• An ECS card (essential).
• DHF and/or GateSafe training (preferred, not essential).
• Good mechanical and electrical skills.
• Knowledge of control panels, fob systems, intercoms, IP or CCTV is a bonus.
• A full clean UK driving licence.
• A practical, problem-solving attitude and a commute that lets you get to the yard regularly.
