Best Practice Network seeks an experienced eLearning Team Leader to own digital learning programmes, ensuring delivery readiness and data accuracy. You will coordinate coordinators, manage learner support activities and drive improvements across multiple programmes.

You will collaborate with tutors, IT, data and compliance teams, shaping accessible, high-quality education experiences while maintaining safeguarding and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience leading e-learning or digital learning programmes.
• Ability to design and improve learner support processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own programme areas, ensuring effectiveness, consistency and scalability of e-learning.
• Coordinate second-line support and access for participants and facilitators.
• Develop and maintain learner support materials and resources.
• Improve processes and reporting across programmes.
• Lead a small team of eLearning coordinators.
