Job summary

Bupa Seaforth Care Home is seeking a Wellbeing Carer to enrich residents' lives through engaging activities and companionship, with responsibilities spanning daily living support, event facilitation, and social interaction.

You'll collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team, follow infection control, assist with meals, and gather feedback to improve activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the fun facilitator: help residents explore interests through activities and outings.
• Socially connect residents with games, chats, and community events to foster belonging.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as meals and outings, providing emotional support.
• Gather feedback via surveys and family conferences to improve activities.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan activities and document progress.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Lend a hand with plating and serving meals while monitoring resident preferences.
