Radis Community Care in Colchester is seeking Full Time and Part Time Support Workers for the Extra Care Scheme at The Cannons. You will assist elderly residents with mobility, meals, personal care, and social activities to help them remain independent.

Shifts include mornings and late shifts, weekend rotation, and cover for sickness and holidays; starts are at 7am. Training is provided, and sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Assist elderly residents with mobility and transfers to dining areas and communal spaces.
• Support with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing.
• Encourage participation in recreational and social activities to promote wellbeing.
