Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in care is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills are essential.
• Genuine passion for elderly care and team development desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Offer companionship and a friendly presence.
• Support mental and emotional well-being of residents.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition.
