Job summary

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Care Assistant to join our older adults’ homes, delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a warm, supportive environment.

This permanent role is 24-36 hours per week, with day and night shifts, and a pro-rata salary from £26,018 to £27,111 per annum. Weekend and bank holiday enhancements apply, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care isn’t essential to join us as a Care Assistant; values and motivation are prioritised.
• Ability to provide high quality care with compassion and empathy.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues.

• Support daily/nightly living: assist with personal care, comfort, wellbeing and safety of residents.
• Provide person-centred care: tailor care plans to individual needs.
