Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP's Casualty Injury team in Birmingham seeks an experienced solicitor, CILEX lawyer or paralegal to manage EL/PL claims up to £100k, with supervision and guidance from senior lawyers. This role is open to experienced paralegals, solicitors or CILEX lawyers and includes full training and ongoing support.

You will handle a varied caseload, screen matters, provide client advice, negotiate and litigate within service standards, and assist with supervising junior colleagues while

Qualifications

• EL/PL claims experience or public claims exposure is required.
• Strong communication and client handling skills essential.
• Commercial approach with a collaborative/team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigation work.
• Liaise with clients and respond to instructions promptly.
• Instruct experts and counsel, draft Witness Statements and court documents.
• Support supervision of junior colleagues and contribute to training.
