Job summary

Simpson Millar is seeking a Paralegal to support a team of Solicitors in the personal injury department, handling multi-track Employers Liability and Public Liability claims. You will draft letters of claim, witness statements, and schedules of loss, and assist with instructions to Counsel.

You’ll respond to claimant enquiries, prepare trial bundles, conduct legal research, and attend client meetings. This role offers a hybrid working pattern with strong development opportunities and

Qualifications

• LB Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience supporting Employers Liability, Public Liability or Personal Injury cases.
• Strong client care and organisation skills.
