Job summary

Simpson Millar is looking for a Paralegal to support a team of Solicitors in the personal injury department handling multi-track Employers Liability and Public Liability claims.

You will draft letters of claim, witness statements, and trial bundles, respond to client enquiries, review expert reports, and assist with instructions to Counsel.

The role offers a friendly, people-focused environment with a hybrid working policy and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• LB Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience supporting Employers Liability, Public Liability or Personal Injury cases.
• Strong client care and organisation skills.
