Job summary

Simpson Millar LLP Solicitors in Lancashire is seeking a Paralegal to support a team of Solicitors in the personal injury department handling Employers Liability and Public Liability claims.

You will draft letters of claim, witness statements, and schedules of loss; respond to claimant enquiries; assist in preparing instructions to Counsel; and prepare trial bundles. You will review expert reports, draft client updates and attend client meetings.

Qualifications

• LB Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience supporting Employers Liability, Public Liability or Personal Injury cases.
• Strong client care and organisation skills.
