Rolls-Royce plc is seeking an EJ200 Programme Manager in Bristol to drive the integrated plan, governance and delivery of a multi-year programme. The role partners with the SVP to balance portfolio, optimise outcomes and ensure timely benefits realization.
You will own the programme plan, lead reporting cycles, manage risks and coordinate across UK&I Mature Programmes and the Defence PMO to maintain consistency and progress.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Programme Manager to join the EJ200 Programme team as a Programme Manager. You will be joining the programme as we grow, both in new engine deliveries and in our customer support for our global customers. In this role you will be able to make a difference by driving and supporting the overall EJ200 Programme to ensure world class planning and programme execution.
Demonstrated experience in driving operational and/or contract performance Strong skills in programme management, planning & coordinating complex programmes Project management skills, with experience of delivering complex projects to time, cost and quality
Financial management including long term contract reviews, business evaluations and contract reporting Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement
