Rolls-Royce Defence Bristol is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee Capital Works, reporting to the SVP Infrastructure. You will manage the programme and business aspects across infrastructure works and projects, delivering UK MOD work streams and ensuring governance and reporting excellence.
You will coordinate with Project delivery leads, Group Property, IT, Commercial and Pricing, and drive change management while maintaining security and compliance. A security clearance is required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join our Defence Aerospace business in Bristol.
In this role, you will report directly to the SVP Infrastructure, and will be accountable for the programme and business management across our infrastructure works and projects.
You will be delivering on the requirements against UK MOD programmes of work.
To work for the Rolls-Royce Defence business, an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets we can only progress applications from individuals who are a UK national or, in MOD and Government body approved cases, a dual national. Please be aware that the priority will be given to employees identified as being at high risk.
The professional level and the salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
