Rail Delivery Group is seeking an EIS Project Manager to coordinate across project teams, TOCs and stakeholders, delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. The role requires strong leadership and proven experience managing complex technical initiatives within the rail sector.

You will apply project delivery frameworks, manage risks, and oversee multi‑stream coordination while ensuring benefits realization and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualificações

• Experience as a project manager or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of applying project delivery lifecycles and rollouts.
• Experience managing third‑party suppliers and coordinating with internal functions such as QA and service delivery.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects in line with a recognised delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with project scheduling and resource/time planning.
• Budget and cost control experience.
• Managing risk and using risk techniques.
• Experience with external resources including third party contracts and procurement.
• Ability to translate business cases into delivery.
• Experience in planning, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Experience with standard methodologies (Prince2, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience using project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project/Smartsheet.
