Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (HPFT) seeks a Band 4 STaR Worker to join the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract at Saffron Ground, Stevenage. The role focuses on practical support, engagement and recovery-focused interventions for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 qualification or mental health certificate level 3, or willingness to undertake training.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to service users experiencing a first episode of psychosis.
• Assist with accommodation solutions using STR and recovery approaches.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and other agencies to maximise service delivery.
• Promote independent living and support carers' wellbeing.
