Job Description

To carry out an EICR with C1 and C2 remedial works at the time of the test. Where an isolator is not in place, produce an unsatisfactory certificate. All detectors must be replaced if they are missing, damaged, or expiring within the next 12 months. There must be a smoke detector in halls and landings, a heat detector in the kitchen, and a stand-alone battery carbon monoxide detector in rooms where gas appliances are present.

Salary:

• Contractors / Self Employed - paid on SOR's, with realistic & achievable earnings of £(Apply online only) per day, plus additional bonus for tests completed.
• PAYE/Permanent - Up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience), including company van, pension, referral programme, O/T bonus, and training.
