Job summary

Belcan is seeking an experienced EICA LVAP and Site Supervisor for a hands-on role on major AMP8 water projects. You will manage LVAP duties, supervision of EICA/MEICA installation, commissioning, testing and handover on-site.

You will oversee permits, RAMS, subcontractors and safety, coordinate with design and construction teams, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in EICA and MEICA installations on site.
• LVAP / Low Voltage Authorised Person experience.
• Site Supervisor experience required.
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning experience.
• Permit to Work and RAMS review experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Water industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site's LVAP.
• Supervise EICA and MEICA installations.
• Manage permits, RAMS, and site safety compliance.
• Oversee subcontractors, installation teams, and commissioning activities.
• Support testing, inspection, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Drive high-quality delivery and a right-first-time culture.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.
