Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead MEICA-focused water projects across the UK. You will be the on-site owner working with the Project Manager to deliver against budgets and schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

Extensive travel around the UK is expected; you will report to the Construction Manager and drive on-site programme execution, procurement, and subcontractor coordination for successful handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Agent or in project management within MEICA water projects.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction methods.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery across project management, safety, and quality.
• Manage site budget, schedule, and client relations.
• Oversee CDM compliance, safety culture, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site labour to meet milestones.
