Irwin and Colton is seeking an experienced EIA Manager to lead Environmental Impact Assessment support on complex UK infrastructure projects. Hybrid role with offices across the South of the UK and competitive package including a company car.

You will coordinate internal and external inputs, oversee EIA processes from design through handover, and drive carbon reduction and climate resilience through stakeholder engagement. Degree in environmental discipline required and UK driving licence.

Competenze

• Degree in environmental discipline is required.
• Working knowledge of EIA processes and planning legislation.
• Proven experience delivering environmental assessments, consents and sustainability inputs.
• Strong report writing, technical review and project management skills; confident stakeholder engagement.

• Provide environmental advice and support across key project stages, coordinating inputs.
• Deliver/oversee EIA processes, ensuring high-quality outputs and compliance through to handover to delivery.
• Embed carbon reduction, nature-based and climate resilience solutions through stakeholder engagement.
• Lead technical review and support assessment, consents and sustainability inputs on complex projects.
